The info is a little basic but does provide more than I thought I needed to know. I have only just begun reading it but have been very pleased with the information provided just in the first few pages!

This is also a very good book on small business start-up. One of the best things is the tone of the book — it lays everything out straightforwardly and simply, making you believe that you really CAN do what you want to do.
From taxes to finances to planning entry into a market, Nolo’s book covers the gamut. Starting a business sounds intimidating, but it’s really not. . . if you have this book by your side. The CD-ROM has a couple of useful files, but to really get the most out of the book you may have to follow their recommendations for further reading. It’s a great place to start. . . overall very good book.

I bought it for my son who found it valuable. It emphasizes the legal aspects but this was to be expected because it came from Nolo Press. Coming from Nolo, it had the high quality/substance that characterizes their publications.
