Motivation can be defined in many ways, but there are two basic definitions or descriptions. It can be defined as the main reason or reasons that individuals have a certain behavior, especially human behavior under study in psychology or neuropsychology. It can also be the driving force that initiates and guides the behavior of the individual. This is an internal energy that drives us to achieve our goal.
